"Okay Matthew I need you to catch that
lamb. You see, his Mother has a black
odour." Explained my Grandad. 'Finaly!'
I exclaimed in my head. I've been waiting
for this for Four days. I jumped off the
bike and cautiously circled towards the
stray lamb. suddenly I pounced! But
frustratingly it leaped away a second
before I landed face down in the wet grass.
I quickly recovered and bolted after the lamb.
'Shoot! that thing can run' I thought to myself.
the lamb darted through the fence which I had
to climb over, it swerved this way and that
throwing me off his tail constantly. Finaly Grandad
sent Norm to help me catch the lamb. (Norm is
Grandad's best dog) Norm tripped the lamb up and
I wasted no time and pounced right onto the lambs
back. I picked the lamb up and strolled back to the
bike where my siblings waited enthuseasticly, with
the lamb in my arms I dumped the lamb in the trailer.
As I walked back to herd the sick ewe into a fence
corner I thought: 'Hhhh we have our first lamb'
